Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees shall consist of not less than twenty-four, nor more than thirty-six persons; and shall be divided into three rotating classes, one of which shall be elected/reelected each year. New members of the Board of Trustees shall be elected by a majority of the currently elected Trustees. Current trustees being nominated for another term also will be elected during the spring meeting of the Board.
Trustees shall serve for three-year terms and until their successors are elected and qualified and may succeed themselves in office. Any vacancy on the Board of Trustees may be filled by the remaining Trustees, through a special election at any regular meeting of the Board or by mail after a joint telephone conference meeting of the Executive Committee and the Nominations Committee.
