Homecoming Musical – Fiddler on the Roof
Performed twice in the past 40 years, Fiddler on the Roof is back once again!
Nine time Tony Award winning Fiddler on the Roof is based on the stories of Sholom Aleichem. Tevye the Milkman a Jewish peasant in pre-Revolutionary Russia, coping with the day-to-day problems of life, his Jewish traditions, his family (wife and daughters), and state-sanctioned pogroms.

Alumni Banquet
Come join us at the Alumni Banquet on Saturday night. Present reunion classes, Alumni Council members, and our Alumni Reward recipients will be recognized. Due to limited seating, please reserve your spot by filling out and mailing the form (printed to the right) by Friday, October 10. The cost will be $15 per person with reservations by mail or online and $16 at the door.

Legacy walk
Have you purchased your brick for the Legacy Walk? Come and see your friends’ names on our new Legacy Walk and buy a brick in honor of some¬one special.
Missions Fundraiser
The Sterling College Missions Department will be providing childcare during the Alumni Banquet and the musical as a love-offering fundraiser for their trips this Christmas and next summer. Drop off is at 5:15 pm in Evans Hall with pick up right after the musical ends. To help give us a head count, please email klederle@sterling.edu by October 10 if you wish to use this service.
Homecoming Hangout
There’s something fun for everyone at the Homecoming Hangout! Lo¬cated at the tennis courts, the Hangout will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Booths will be set up by student and community groups as fundraisers. Other booths (arts & crafts, food, farmers’ market items, games) organized by Alumni and the Sterling community (and beyond) are welcome to participate. Alumni Registration
Please let us know you came to Homecoming 2008 by visiting the table under the white tent with the big STERLING COLLEGE ALUMNI sign at the Homecoming Hangout area. You will also, most likely, bump into someone you haven’t seen in a LONG time! When you stop by, you can learn about Alumni developments and purchase unique SC Alumni mer¬chandise. Registration is during the Homecoming Hangout.
Decade Rooms
A special room will be decorated for a decade of SC’s history. In this room you will find your old yearbooks, pictures and memorabilia from that era. While everyone is welcome to look through the rooms, we encourage our reunion classes to use these rooms as a meeting place.
Smisor Stadium Dedication
Come see the newly renovated Smisor Stadium and McCreight Track. There will be a dedication ceremony before kick-off at the football game where we will recognize our past football players and track members. Be sure to wear your old SC letterman jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc.!
