When it comes to someone with experience in teaching, Doug certainly has experience. He taught at the secondary level for 24 years and 10 years at Barton County Community College teaching outreach classes. Doug was drawn to teach in higher education, specifically Sterling, due to its mission statement and Christian worldview.
