As Sterling College’s Vice President for Advancement, Dr. Marvin Dewey serves on the president’s cabinet and is responsible for leading and coordinating all college development and alumni relations, including Sterling Fund, major gifts, planned giving, and church relations.

Gary Kempf

Athletic Director

Gary Kempf is Sterling College's Athletic Director, overseeing the athletic department. Donor development for the athletics program is one of the major responsibilities for Kempf as Sterling's full-time athletic director as well as manageing the operations of the department.

Gregory P. Kerr

Vice President of Academic Affairs

Dr. Kerr began his tenure as Vice President for Academic Affairs on July 1, 2010. He provides oversight to the academic programs of Sterling College, including the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of Professional Studies, library, academic support, registrar, and institutional assessment.

Dr. Paul J. Maurer became the 11th president of Sterling College on January 1, 2009. He brings rich educational experience and thoughtful conviction about the role of the Christian academy to Sterling College.

Scott Rich

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

As Sterling College’s Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, Scott Rich serves on the President’s Cabinet leading all finance, human resource, physical plant, financial aid, business office and risk management/legal functions of the college.

Tina Wohler

Tina Wohler

Vice President of Student Life

Serving as the VP of Student Life, Tina enjoys watching students grow spiritually and academically while they are at Sterling College. Tina oversees the residence halls, career services, campus activities, and health services. Tina and her husband, Jaret, have two children.
