Tina is from the small community of Hardtner, Kansas, but was raised in the Wichita area. Tina is married to her husband of 27 years, Montie.
Montie was the song leader at Westside Freewill Baptist Church, where they attended for 22 years, before moving to the Sylvia area. She loves serving as the pastor’s wife while Montie fulfills his duties as pastor for the new cowboy church in South Hutchinson. Saltcity Cowboy Church is a dream and vision come true for the couple.
Carrie caught the contagious Sterling College "bug" from her husband when he couldn't stop talking about the wonderful experiences that he had as a former Sterling College student. Soon she became hooked as well. Carrie enjoys working as an Admissions Counselor because it allows her to promote all the wonderful things that Sterling College has to offer to students.
Mackenzie graduated from Sterling College in 2014 with a BA in Graphic Design and Photography. During her time at Sterling College she served as a resident’s assistant in Evans Hall, Secretary of Art League and was on the Admissions Ambassador team for two years. In the summer after graduating, she was a counselor at Westminster Woods. She feels blessed to have such a close relationship with family and friends and loves fun and glitter!
Scott is the young gun of Student Life. He recently graduated from Sterling College in the spring of 2013 with a BFA in Communications and a minor in marketing. During his time at Sterling, he met his wife Rebecca and they were married on June 16, 2013. As a student, Scott was passionate about Campbell Hall, the dorm he is now the Resident Director of. He lived in Campbell all four years and was a Resident Assistant in the basement of Campbell for two years.
Justin is from Wichita, Kansas. He is in his thirteenth season as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Sterling College. Coach Morris coached the men's team also up until December (2006) before stepping down to focus more on the women's team.
Prior to coming to Sterling, Coach Musselman was a an assistant coach at Utah Valley University. At Utah Valley, Musselman assisted with offensive production and was the top recruiter for the program. Seven of the athletes that Musselman coached won All-Pacific Coast Softball Conference honors while the team set the school record for wins at the Division I level and the school record for highest RPI.
Meredith O’Donnell joined the Office of Institutional Advancement as the gift receipting and records coordinator. She is in charge of maintaining the database of donors and creating letters, appeals and event invitations. O’Donnell came to Sterling College from CCH – Tax and Accounting, where she had worked for five years as supervisor of IT in the area of quality assurance for ProSystem fx Tax software and 12 years as quality assurance analyst for the ProSystem fx suite.
Lisa joined the Sterling College staff in July 2010. She attended Sterling College for her first two years of undergraduate studies and then transferred to Fort Hays State University to complete her Bachelor of General Studies. Lisa graduated from K-State in 2010 with a Master's in Counseling & Student Development and a graduate certificate in Academic Advising. While attending K-State, she worked for two years as a Graduate Assistant in Disability Support Services.
