Windell Middlebrooks, a Sterling College alumnus, recently debuted in his first role as a regular on the new ABC series “Body of Proof.” Middlebrooks is certainly is not new to television as his recognizable face has been seen on the Disney Channel television series “The Suite Life on Deck” and in national advertisements as the Miller High Life Delivery Man.
This year Sterling College is opening its Summer Term session courses to high school students interested in obtaining college credits over the summer. Sterling will be offering a number of online courses during its Summer Term session from May 16-June 24.
The Sterling College Debate team recently returned from a multi-state tour of national tournaments. This marks the most successful debate season in Sterling’s school history with a 9th place finish in overall team sweepstakes at the National Parliamentary Debate Tournament, held in Colorado Springs, Colo., from March 16 through March 20 at The Colorado College.
Sterling College seniors Anita Bunney of Phoenix, Ariz., and Kelly Valentine of Sterling, Kan., will have their Senior Art Exhibition on display at the Art and Design Center from April 1-16. The reception in their honor will be held on Friday, April 8 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in the Art and Design Center gallery.

Bring your friends and family down to Sterling College's Gleason Center for the Curry Scurry, a one-mile, 5k, or 10k run/walk event, hosted by the SC India mission team. Be at the Gleason Center on April 9 at 9:15 a.m. to check in.
The Sterling Chorale will perform the last concert of its annual spring tour this Sunday at 3 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Sterling. This is the same concert the Chorale took on a tour during Sterling’s spring break. There is no admission charge for the event.
Continuing their record setting season, the Sterling College Debate team successfully hosted the State Collegiate Championship Tournament on February 18-19, and captured yet another state title. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the Sterling Debate team has captured
David Harmon, associate professor of art at Sterling College, gave a lecture at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., February 17-18. Harmon addressed several cadets who are taking studio art courses in addition to teaching faculty at the academy. Prior to
