Applicants invited by the president of Sterling College to continue the candidate process will be asked to:

1. Complete the application for the position.
2. Provide an official transcript from the institution where you received your highest degree.
3. Provide letters of reference from 3 individuals (1 pastor and 2 professional associates/employers).
