2012-2013 Scholarship Criteria and Procedures
Believing academics are the foundation of the Sterling College experience, academic scholarships are awarded to each fully admitted on-campus student based on their academic profile of cumulative GPA and composite ACT or SAT score. The academic awards, initial and renewal criteria and amounts for traditional students are:

| Collegiate Award | 2.5 or ACT 19/2.0 | $5,000 |
| Cooper Academic Scholarship | 3.0 or ACT 22/2.5 | $6,500 |
| Dean's Academic Scholarship | 3.5 or ACT 25/3.0 | $8,000 |
| Presidential Academic Scholarship | 3.5 and ACT 28/3.0 | $10,000 |
