Connie Carey serves as the Director of Student Health. She holds an RN as well as notable experience as an Allied Health instructor for 18 years. Connie works closely with the Student Life office to provide individual, quality care to each student. Connie lives in Sterling with her husband Bruce, a life-long farmer/rancher. The Careys have three adult children: Sara, Travis and Fay. Connie's mission is to 

provide proactive health care to the entire campus. She believes that early interventions and preventative treatments help the student learn personal health care as well as provide insight in the future needs of self and family. "I feel that God led me here for a reason and my gift of caring service will be available as long as His plan is honored."
