Aaron Weber comes to Sterling College as the Director of Development. In this role, Weber will spend much of his time on field fundraising working towards a successful annual giving program as well as capital campaigns and special project gifts. He also provides leadership in advancing the annual giving programs as a part of a structured strategic plan.
Weber has an affinity to the advancement of the Christian liberal arts school. As a graduate of Taylor University, Upland, IN, a small Christian liberal arts school in the Midwest, he understands the value of being in a community that supports a school like Sterling College. He is very excited about the opportunity that Sterling has provided to continue to deepen relationships and ties to the local community that are so evidently strong already, along with the opportunity to challenge students as they figure out life and religion at such a crucial time in their lives.
Weber and his family currently live in Sterling and fully enjoy the many events Sterling has to provide fun for the whole family.
Weber currently has an Associates in Applied Arts and Sciences in Bible from Hesston College, a Bachelor’s of Science in Sport Management from Taylor University and has only an internship left to complete this fall in order to receive his Masters in Sport Management from Jacksonville State University.
