Koltyn Ratliff

Koltyn Ratliff began working at Sterling College in the Fall of 2020. Koltyn grew up in Ness City, Kansas and came to Sterling College in August of 2013 where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and was a 5-year member of the Sterling College football team. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Koltyn found his passion in pursuing a Master of Science degree in the Sterling College Graduate Athletic Training program, as 1 of 3 members in the first Sterling College Graduate Athletic Training Program cohort. Koltyn graduated with his Master of Science in Athletic Training in May of 2020. Koltyn now serves as an Athletic Trainer and Clinical Instructor at Sterling College, providing medical care for athletes on the SC baseball, men’s basketball, tennis, cheer, and football teams, as well as teaching responsibilities in the health science department.
