Carroll named KCAC Baseball "Player of the Week"

Sterling College baseball player Rob Carroll earned weekly KCAC “Player of the Week” honors this past week after helping the Warriors go 3-3 overall and 2-0 in KCAC play.

Carroll, 6’0, senior from Webster, Texas, garnered KCAC “Player of the Week” honors after getting 8 hits in 20 at-bats (.400), one double, one triple and posting 6 RBI’s.

Carroll hit a grand slam home-run against Trinity University (TX), one home-run against Tabor College and was seven for seven on stolen bases for the week.

Sterling is currently 6-18 overall and 2-2 in KCAC play.

Carroll is majoring in art at Sterling College.
