About the Program

The mission of the health science major is to develop pre-professional students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully pursue graduate studies in health related fields. Health Science is an interdisciplinary major that allows our students to focus their concentration on health, human movement and the prerequisites necessary for entrance into a graduate program.

The health science major is truly interdisciplinary as it covers topics in science, psychology, math and exercise science. Utilizing professors from each department to form one major gives you the opportunity to learn from professionals who have experience in their field and love their subject.
