Mission

We are here to serve students, develop community, and make effective changes on campus.

Vision

We will strive to improve the Sterling College student experience by fostering an environment that encourages student involvement, school pride, communication, spiritual growth, and positive change.

Goals

- Encourage effective communication between students, administration, faculty, and staff.
- To support all organizations by providing assistance and encouraging student participation.
- To promote school pride through servant leadership and active involvement.
- To improve campus and promote process efficiency.
 

Location

The SGA office is located off the Fireside Lounge of the Sterling College Student Union. Regular office hours are posted and will be kept by SGA executive cabinet members. The Association's governing body, the Student Senate and General Assembly, meets each month and twice a semester, respectively. Clubs each select a representative to the assembly and classes and halls each select a Senator for the Student Senate. Student Senate and General Assembly members, meetings, and minutes will be posted. Only representatives have voting privileges, but all are welcome to attend.
