Ashley Laudermilk
Ashley Laudermilk is an assistant professor of business at Sterling College. Laudermilk holds a Bachelor of Science in animal sciences and industry from Kansas State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing from Emporia State University. She is committed to creating a values-based, faith-forward classroom where students connect learning with real-world application. She and her husband, Kevin, live in Sterling with their three children—Liam, Zoe, and Wren.
Dr. Karen (Baehler) Carroll
Dr. Carroll brings a wealth of education and experience to the business department having been an educator for 40 years within the middle school, high school, and college/university levels. Dr. Carroll's business experience began at an early age at the family-owned western stores in Belleville and Manhattan, Kansas.
Timothy Thorpe
Tim Thorpe brings 11 years of operations and management experience to the Sterling College Department of Business. Prior to coming to Sterling College, Tim was responsible for information and data security at Viking Collection Service in Eden Prairie, Minn.
