Dr. Bill Anderson

Bill is a familiar face to many of us at Sterling College, as he has a rich history with the community of Sterling, as well as the USD 376 School District. Bill comes to us from Canton, KS where he has spent the last few years as Superintendent of Schools for USD 419 Canton-Galva. Prior to that, Bill was the 7-12 Principal for Sterling Jr/Sr High School from 2007 through 2019.

Gidget Dinkel

Gidget Dinkel joined Sterling College in August of 2013. She currently teaches some of our professional education courses and our elementary education courses for both Secondary and Elementary Majors. Along with teaching courses Gidget also works alongside students to create academic degree plans and goals that exemplify the mission of Sterling College.

Dawn Eliserio

Eliserio has a diverse background in education with classroom experience in both public and private schools. She has led her own classrooms in preschool and first through fourth grades, and she worked as a paraprofessional for third through sixth grades. As a graduate from Dordt College, she holds her M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and B.A. in Elementary Education with a concentration in special education, an endorsement in early childhood, and a minor in reading.

Rachel Wannamaker

Mrs. Wannamaker earned the Master of Arts in Teaching from Friends University, and the B.S. in Elementary Education from Newman University. She is an experienced elementary teacher and has been serving Sterling College this year as an adjunct instructor.  Rachel has two boys, enjoys reading, watching sporting events with her husband, vacation time with the family and taking her boys to do “Random Acts of Kindness” around town.
