Kevin Palau, president of the Luis Palau Association, challenged Sterling College students, employees and guests on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, while the guest speaker for the Ross and Fern Freeman Lecture Series for Servant Leadership. Palau shared how his organization is impacting the city of Portland, Oregon, through partnering with the community, making a difference in the lives of its citizens through volunteering and supporting local schools, working with the foster system and refugee care. He encouraged attendees to take the peace of Christ with them wherever they are, looking for opportunities to share the love of Jesus Christ.
