Sterling College honored six students who were inducted into Alpha Chi on Monday, April 26, 2021. The collegiate chapter of the National Honor Society includes juniors and seniors who are in the top 10 percent of their class. The inductees were Melissa Barth of Oakbrook , Ill.; Ardynn Hershberger of Lyons, Kan.; Anna Lapp of Hesston, Kan.; Cara Lapp of Hesston, Kan.; Jackson Lewis of Andover, Kan.; and Shara Shepard of Bennington , Kan.

“Alpha Chi is a mark of significant academic distinction, and these students have earned the honor through years of dedicated study. The students’ professors, coaches, family, and friends can all attest to their hard work, and the Sterling College community is proud of their achievement,” said Dr. Timothy A. Gabrielson, assistant professor of theology and ministry.
