Guaranteed Admission Advantage
The Guaranteed Admission Advantage allows a student with an Associate of/in Arts or an Associate of/in Science to obtain credit for all of the Sterling College general education requirements except for the Theology and Ministry Department courses and GD 105 Foundations of Servant Leadership. Your associate's degree could be worth more at Sterling College!

The Sterling College Online student's guide to using Mabee Library
MATERIALS OWNED BY MABEE LIBRARY:
Use the Catalog Online to look for books and journals in our print collection. These books belong to Mabee Library and can be sent to you at your request. They are checked out to you and are due back to us on the date stamped on the DUE DATE inside the front cover. Any article copies are yours to keep.
Mabee Library pays all sending postage/costs. You pay all return postage/costs.

When are loan disbursements expected?
Disbursements are made 3 times a year (October, March and June), each occurring 14 days after loans have been posted to student accounts.
Can I always expect there to be excess funds available after my tuition is paid?
No.
How do I receive excess funds?
Excess funds are disbursed in the form of a check and will be mailed out to the address that is on file.

Can I get the same quality education through Sterling College Online as traditional campus?
Yes. Sterling College Online maintains the same academic standards and integrity as traditional campus. The only variance is the modality in which courses are offered.
Once I have completed program requirements, will my diploma indicate my degree was obtained through an online program?

Student Complaint Policy and Process
It is the policy of Sterling College to provide an effective and acceptable means for a student to bring problems or concerns to the attention of the institution for review and resolution. Institutional complaint procedures are recorded in the student handbook under Procedure for Addressing Complaints.
Parking & Map
If you plan on bringing a vehicle to campus, make sure to fill out the Vehicle Information section of online registration. Once we have this information, a parking permit will be issued ($50) to you. Place this sticker on your windshield on the lower passenger’s side corner right away to avoid getting a parking ticket. Replacement permits can be obtained from the Student Life office for a fee of $5.
