Rhonda Stucky
Rhonda started as the new Online Academic Advisor in August 2024. Prior to joining the Sterling College team, she spent twenty-five years in K-12 education as a classroom teacher, special education teacher, and school administrator. The administrative role she most enjoyed was serving as the guidance counselor and college/career advisor, which set the foundation for moving into an advising role at the college level.
Will Teufel
A former public school teacher, Will made the decision to work in higher education by working for Sterling College. His favorite aspect of Sterling College is the friendly campus atmosphere and the privilege of helping adult learners reach their educational goals. In his spare time, Will enjoys family time, writing and arranging music, playing instruments, web design, and computing.

Carrie McGlynn
Carrie joined Sterling in 2007 and began her career as an Admissions Counselor, serving students for many years before advancing to Assistant Director of Admissions. She now serves as Assistant Director for Sterling College Online in Enrollment Services.
