Dr. Carroll brings a wealth of education and experience to the business department having been an educator for 40 years within the middle school, high school, and college/university levels. Dr. Carroll's business experience began at an early age at the family-owned western stores in Belleville and Manhattan, Kansas.

She served as the Economics instructor at Hutchinson Community College for seventeen years, where she was named Educator of the Year in 2008. Baehler completed her Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Economic Education at the University of Kansas. She also holds an M.Ed. from Wichita State University and a B.S. in Secondary Education with a major in Social Sciences from Kansas State University.

She currently is the owner and operator of Cedar Ridge Ranch, which includes a Barndominium Airbnb, Boarding for Horses, Christian Horsemanship camps and private riding lessons.
