Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences and Industry from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from Emporia State University. She is passionate about helping students connect classroom learning to real-world business applications and strives to foster an encouraging, value-driven environment that reflects her faith and commitment to service.

Ashley and her husband, Kevin, live in Sterling, Kansas, with their three children—Liam, Zoe, and Wren. As a family, they enjoy being engaged in their church and community. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, staying active, and spending quality time with friends and family.
