Dr. Erin Laudermilk
Erin Laudermilk began working at Sterling College in the fall of 2007. Erin grew up in Illinois and came to Sterling College to help build and grow the athletic training program. She is passionate about educating and challenging her students and has a special interest in curriculum development and student learning styles. She is passionate about instructor and preceptor development in support of athletic trainer preparation. Erin currently serves as the Associate Vice-President for Academic Affairs and Professor of Athletic Training. Despite her transition into higher education administration, Erin remains dedicated in service to the graduate athletic training program at Sterling College and in service to the profession of athletic training. Erin serves as a peer reviewer for the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) and as Sterling College’s Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) to the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). Erin and her husband, Wes, reside in Sterling and are the parents of two children, Avery and Owen, and two doods, Lucky and Max.
