Michelle Martin

Michelle Martin joins the Sterling College community as Creative Director with a diverse background and wide range of life experiences. Michelle first came to Kansas from Minnesota to attend Central Christian College of Kansas in McPherson where she graduated with a B.S. in Business majoring in Organizational Leadership, minoring in Art, and being very active in the Theater department. While on staff at Central Christian she found a passion for Christian education and marketing. When God called her back to Minnesota to be with family she took the opportunity to work towards an A.A.S.

Aaron Weber

Aaron Weber comes to Sterling College as the Director of Development. In this role, Weber will spend much of his time on field fundraising working towards a successful annual giving program as well as capital campaigns and special project gifts. He also provides leadership in advancing the annual giving programs as a part of a structured strategic plan.

Morgan Elzinga

Morgan Elzinga is currently the head women’s soccer coach. She comes to Sterling from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, an NCAA Division II school where she spent one season as the assistant coach for the Bulldogs.
Elzinga began her collegiate coaching career as the graduate assistant women's soccer coach at her alma mater, Trinity International University in Chicago. She helped turn the team from a 6-12-1 record to a 14-7-1 record and a trip to the NCCAA national tournament.
