Piper Harding

Piper Harding moved to Sterling from Alaska in 2010 with her husband John (SC Head Volleyball Coach) and two children, Luke and Zoe. Their first “home” was on the 4th floor of Cooper Hall. Little did she know that 12 years later she would be working in the same building. She knew immediately that Sterling and Sterling College were special and grateful that God had brought her family here.

Piper not only recruits arts students, but she’s also the adjunct dance instructor in the arts department. She enjoys being involved in the recruiting process and then later teaching those students she had a hand in recruiting.

She received her BA in Humanities/Theatre Arts from Thomas Edison State University. She has had years of training and experience in the theatre world on and off the stage. Currently she directs the winter play and choreographs the fall musical at Sterling High School and directs for Stage 9 and Family Community Theatre in Hutchinson. Her background in the arts allows her to connect on a deeper level with prospective and current arts students.
