Our goal is to provide equal access to all academic programs and services in accordance with with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the supplemental ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Reasonable accommodations may include, but are not limited to, individualized test-taking, extended test time, note-taking, audio text books, and various physical accommodations.
College classes can be a challenge. Students sometimes need extra help with understanding textbook material and course concepts. Academic Support offers FREE peer tutoring to facilitate your academic success and help you strengthen your skills. You may request a tutor in any subject. Tutors are usually upper-level students who have been recommended by faculty.
