Man Monday

Musical Theatre Cabaret

Join the Music and Theatre departments on Tuesday, Apr. 16 at 7 p.m. in Upper Wilson for a Musical Theatre Cabaret. This special event is free and refreshments will be provided.

Career Services: Career Fair

Seats in the van to the Career Fair are filling up! On Tuesday, Apr. 16 we’ll leave the Union at 9 a.m. to attend a Career Fair on the campus of Bethel College in Newton (in cooperation with Bethany, Bethel, Kansas Wesleyan, and Tabor). We should be back on our campus around 12:30 p.m. Several of our students landed internships and full-time jobs at Career Fairs the last couple of years! The list of registered companies has grown to over 30 companies including: AmeriCorps, Bethany Home Association (Assisted Living), City of Wichita, CKF Addiction Treatment, Dept. for Children and Families, Great Plains Manufacturing, YMCA, INTRUST Bank, Koch Industries, McPherson Police Department, Mennonite Central Committee, New York Life, Pfizer, Prairie View (Behavioral & Mental Health), Saint Francis Ministries, and Sedgwick County Division of Corrections. Stop by Terry’s office in the library to see the complete, up-to-date list of companies that will be attending and to sign-up for a seat in the van. The first 14 to sign-up get a seat!

Donut Club: The Hunt

Join the Donut Club’s Easter egg hunt on Wednesday, Apr. 17. Eggs will be hidden across campus and winners will receive a free donut handed out in Cornerstone on Thursday, Apr. 18.

Transcripts are put on hold until this is complete. Please stop by the Financial Aid Office if you have questions.

If you will be going part-time in the fall or plan to move off campus, please stop by the financial aid office to discuss how these changes will affect your aid.

The Connection Café at the Sterling United Methodist Church is open Monday nights and provides an inviting coffee shop atmosphere to hang out with friends, study, or have a Bible study while enjoying quality espresso drinks, chai teas, and snacks. Free wifi is available and they now accept debit/credit cards for drinks. All are welcome! Located at 137 N. Broadway they are open from 7-10 p.m. each Monday night.
