Book Buyback May 7-11 in the campus store
It's all about putting some money back in your pocket! How? Simple - sell your textbooks back. Buyback prices are mostly based on supply and demand, but other factors MBS Direct uses to determine how much CASH you can get back for your used textbooks include the condition of the book, whether your instructor has requested your book for next term, and overstocks and old editions not being used on campus. In addition, students receive guaranteed buyback prices on some of the books they purchased from the SC Online Bookstore website.
Thieves target books to sell at buyback, so be sure to keep them secure. Lock your dorm room and keep an eye on your books when you take them outside your room. Report lost or stolen books to the bookstore as soon as you can so that we can watch out for them. We have to be able to positively identify stolen books, so write your name in the front of your books. As a backup method of identification, pick a page number that you can remember and mark your initials in small letters on this page in all your textbooks. Please note: "lots of green highlighting" is not a positive method of identification!
We are open weekdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout most of the year. Most of our merchandise is also available at scwarriorshop.com. Follow us on Facebook (SCBookstore), Instagram (scwarriorshop), or SnapChat (scbookstore), for information about new merchandise, secret social media-only sales, contests and more.
