Potato Potato Club: Thanksgiving Dinner 

Come join the Potato Potato Club for a Thanksgiving feast to give thanks to the Sterling College community! The feast will be held in Heritage Hall on the 3rd floor of Cooper Hall on Monday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. 

Counseling Services: Rewire 

Join Counseling Services on Friday, Nov. 16 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Cornerstone for “Rewire.” Everyone struggles! But when does the struggle become an addiction? What are common addictions college students struggle with? What happens to our brains when we become addicted to something? Come check out the fun and interactive activities, resources and opportunities to get help if you need it!

Women’s Bible Study 

All ladies are invited to a bible study on Mondays at 10 p.m. beginning on November 26. The study will be a 7-week series studying the book “We Saved You a Seat” by Lisa-Jo Baker. The bible study is about finding and keeping lasting friendships. It studies how Jesus’ life can be used as an example of what it means to be a friend, and how to build and maintain authentic friendships with the women in our lives. Faculty Event: Faith & Learning Faculty Coffee 

All faculty are invited to the Faith & Learning Faculty Coffee on Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. in Cornerstone. The topic is “Students’ Spiritual Lives on the Court and in the Classroom” with guest speaker, John Harding.

The Connection Café at the Sterling United Methodist Church is open Monday nights and provides an inviting coffee shop atmosphere to hang out with friends, study, or have a Bible study while enjoying quality espresso drinks, chai teas, and snacks. Free wifi is available and they now accept debit/credit cards for drinks. All are welcome! Located at 137 N. Broadway they are open from 7-10 p.m. each Monday night.
