Theme Verse: “I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.” (Psalm 16:8, NIV)
It's safe to say that we have plenty of opportunities to distract ourselves from the realities of life. We have access to an infinite amount of information, given to us by devices that fit in our pockets. We're living in a golden age of on-demand entertainment due to the advent of streaming and the ubiquity of high-speed internet connections. And we can build entire communities online which, sometimes, prevent us from finding opportunities to forge meaningful relationships in real life.
With that in mind, we want to take some time this year to redirect the focus of our campus toward Jesus Christ. It is our hope that through this series of Chapel messages our community will find new ways of connecting to the Lord and to each another. We also hope to grow in our understanding of God's goodness and faithfulness toward us as we seek God's guidance and learn to trust our Creator with our destinies, both individually and collectively.
We're excited to explore these themes together this year. If you have questions or comments about our Chapel program, or if you would just like to send a message to our team, please contact our Campus Chaplain, Paul Brandes.
Chapel services are held on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 a.m. in Culbertson Auditorium.
